BGEN Welcomes Z-Tech and IDS to Strengthen MEICA Offering
We are delighted to announce that, as part of our acquisition by M Group, two renowned businesses— M Group MEICA Projects (IDS) and M Group MEICA Maintenance & Projects (Z-Tech)—will officially join BGEN from April 2025. This integration marks a significant step in enhancing our MEICA (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Control, and Automation) capabilities and aligning our combined expertise to serve mission-critical and highly regulated environments.

The addition of MEICA Projects and Maintenance & Projects under the BGEN banner will create powerful synergies, enabling us to deliver complete end-to-end MEICA solutions to clients across critical and highly regulated sectors.
