We have an opportunity for a IT Support Technician based in our Penketh office. If you have advanced understanding of PC hardware set-up and configuration, have TCP/IP experience and system administration, LAN Knowledge, proxy Server’s. Networking Knowledge, Network Hardware Configuration, Network Maintenance.

  1. Provide 1st line support, answering support queries via phone, email and service desk.
  2. User administration

  6. Internet access management
  7. Printers support
  8. Hardware support
  9. Software support
  • A good standard of general education with preferred general IT skills.
