BGEN’s engineering and design department offers you the benefit of its significant experience and expertise in carrying out a full range of safety studies, including involvement in SIL determination through layers of protection analysis (LOPA) and SIL verification.

Functional safety – quality and standards

We work to IEC 61508 and IEC 61511 and apply other international standards to safety systems. Several of our functional safety engineers are TÜV Rheinland-qualified.

Functional safety – data and technology

Our functional safety engineers have adopted the use of ESC Proset software, which helps to validate and streamline the work process. ESC Proset uses latest FARADIP 3 reliability data for any assessments.
