Identifying material topics is an important step in building sustainability into business strategy and operations.
Material topics are those which are considered important to an organisation’s economic, environmental, and social impacts, or considered influential to the decisions of Stakeholders.

We assessed topics from two perspectives – BGEN’s impact on sustainability (outwards) and how sustainability matters affect business performance and development (inwards) – known as double materiality.
