Client Recognition Highlights Terry's Outstanding Contribution at 3CR Royston 

At BGEN, part of M Group, we know that the small actions often make the biggest difference. 

We're proud to celebrate Terry Labonte, who recently received a Reward & Recognition award following exceptional feedback from our client, Fluor, on the 3CR Royston project. 

The nomination came directly from Fluor's Electrical and Instrumentation Superintendent, Jake Sands, who highlighted Terry's positive attitude, proactive approach and willingness to support others across the site. 

Terry was recognised after taking the initiative to clean and organise an untidy area that wasn't his responsibility, helping both the project team and a Fluor Construction Superintendent. His actions demonstrated the teamwork and ownership mindset that are vital to the success of any project. 

The client also praised Terry for identifying a potential issue that had gone unnoticed by others. By raising the concern professionally and discreetly, he helped prevent potential rework, saving valuable time and resources for the project. 

In his feedback, Jake described Terry as: 

"A pleasure to have on site and always displays the BGEN/M Group values. He will always lend a hand if asked and is always happy and pleasant to speak to when walking around site."
