It was great to see BGEN's senior leaders come together for "Leading Through CDM", a leadership development session delivered by industry-leading construction law specialist Madeleine Abas of OAH Law.

The session focused on strengthening leaders' understanding of the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations (CDM) and the critical role they play in planning, managing, and delivering work safely. CDM provides the framework for identifying, managing, and reducing risk throughout the lifecycle of a project, ensuring the health, safety, and wellbeing of everyone involved.
