Mechanical & Electrical
We have in house capability for mechanical and electrical design, manufacture and testing.
Within the workshop we carry out mechanical assembly of pumping skids; fabrication of pipework manifolds in plastic; steel pipework and plastic housing fabrication and welding; mechanical fit out of kiosks; instrumentation backboard assembly; pipework sterilization and all acceptance testing prior to delivery.
At site, we carry out the installation of pumping stations; tanks, pipework and valve systems; OEM equipment; water and wastewater treatment systems; chemical dosing systems; instrumentation; and access steelwork.
We perform audit and asset management, DSEAR compliance consultancy, area classification, hazardous area inspection, and verification BS EN 60079-17 and BS EN 600-14 & BS7671, Water and Wastewater infrastructure and non-infrastructure and oil and gas and process
Design & Engineering
To assist our mechanical and electrical delivery, we produce manufacturing and fabrication drawings; pumping station design; cable schedules and calculations using AMTECH; single line diagrams; containment details; loop termination diagrams; arrangement drawings and mechanical and electrical equipment schedules; and testing plans
Manufacturing & Assembly
Our mechanical team fabricate equipment skids in the workshop comprising pumps, tanks, valves, pipework and instrumentation which are connected by our electrical team, including actuated valves, instrumentation and drive motors solutions.
Installation, Testing & Commissioning
Our testing team will carry out full factory testing prior to delivery of any equipment to site. On site, our teams will carry out full mechanical and electrical installation inspection and testing, including pressure and sterilisation procedures.
