Design & Engineering
Our ICA engineers provide a full design service by interpreting client’s requirements and then generating a control philosophy; functional design specification; and I/O schedules. Once the FDS has been agreed, the C&A engineers develop the PLC code. Our range of instruments cover flow, level, pressure & temperature as well as quality monitoring and data recording
Manufacturing & Assembly

Installation, Testing & Commissioning
Our teams will bench test the software code in our factory to ensure compliance with requirements and will carry out witness testing of the units when installed in a full kiosk solution. Site installation, testing, and commissioning are also carried out to prove the FDS on new installations and on retrofit applications allowing for a plug & play method of on-site installation
