Collective agreements

As a member of the Collective Agreement, you’ll be entitled to Private Medical Cover, Sick Pay cover, Death in Service Cover, Personal Accident Cover and Occupational Health Assessment. This applies if you’re paid monthly, or one of our weekly-paid JIB and NACEI blue collar staff.

Flexible holidays

If you’re paid monthly by us, you’re entitled to Salary Sacrifice holidays. This means you can purchase up to one week’s holiday every year. Please remember, you can’t sell any holidays back to us if you change your mind.
