Client Requirement

A global beverage manufacturer required a full upgrade of their canning line to modernise operations and support future production growth. The scope included the removal of outdated equipment and infrastructure, installation of new containment systems, upgraded lighting throughout the facility, and integration of advanced electrical systems. Our Solution

BGEN delivered a fully integrated solution spanning electrical, mechanical, and process engineering. On the electrical side, we installed modern power distribution systems and energy-efficient LED lighting, supported by precise cable management and circuit labelling to ensure long-term reliability and ease of maintenance.

Mechanically, we replaced outdated containment systems and introduced high-grade stainless-steel pipework to support essential utilities such as steam, water, and compressed air. These upgrades were designed not only for durability but also to meet the rigorous hygiene and safety standards of the beverage industry.

From a process perspective, we implemented smart monitoring technologies including flow meters and automated valves, enabling real-time control and optimisation of production. These systems enhance operational visibility and help reduce energy and resource consumption.

The project was delivered ahead of schedule with minimal disruption to live operations, thanks to detailed planning, close collaboration with the client’s onsite teams, and a strong focus on safety and efficiency throughout.
