In May 2022, BGEN embarked on a mission to celebrate and honour individuals who exemplified the organisation’s core values. The Employee Recognition Awards were born as a testament to BGEN’s commitment to acknowledging the dedication, hard work, and passion of its employees. Last month, under the theme ‘2023 Winners Awards,’ BGEN held a momentous celebration to recognise the outstanding contributions of its staff. With 206 nominations received, the event was nothing short of extraordinary.
