Flexible holidays
If you’re paid monthly by us, you’re entitled to Salary Sacrifice holidays. This means you can purchase up to one week’s holiday every year. Please remember, you can’t sell any holidays back to us if you change your mind.

LV Design Engineer
25-year-old Eleanor Faucette joined BGEN’s Derby team at the start of 2023. She was amongst the first ambitious female engineers to be recruited following the creation of the firm’s women’s forum, which was introduced to drive meaningful change across the business and to help create a more diverse, equitable and inclusive work environment.
