We have developed and implemented an integrated management system, BGEN One Point (BOP), accessible by all personnel and available at the point of use. BOP has been fully certified to the following standards and registrations:

We have developed and implemented a gated process to help ensure a consistent approach to all aspects of project delivery. The Integrated Operating Model (IOM) has been designed to accommodate a variety of multi sector and multi discipline projects. The IOM is a risk based approach with demonstrable governance at all four identified phases of project delivery.
